The people who hear were fantastic they literally got us in and out and an hour and a half with no appointment on our Kia Sorento 22. The switch was broken on the windows and the gas cap needed a new plunger replacement they did them both in an hour and a half and got us out the door I couldn't believe how quick and friendly the service was Great place to visit if you need a repair on your Kia
Hands down one of the best dealerships in the INDY area. Josh and Eric were awesome about finding me the Kia that I wanted with out wasting my time and trying to push me into something I didn't want. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. However, our car had almost 1000 miles on it when the paperwork had 15 miles on it paperwork was not accurate and we had to come back to swap cars. From a loner car (920 miles)to a new car. When we expected a new car we were sold a loner. A big inconvenience to come back and swap into a new car (11 miles) and redo the paperwork.

Let me start by saying this was one of the most frustrating, maddening car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and it all came down to one person: salesman Wil Finlinson.
